憑此券可於本券上所示之有效期內在美心食品有限公司（「美心」）旗下位於香港特別行政區境內之美心西餅店換領總值HK$25之禮餅（以折扣前零售價計算）。此券不適用於電話、手機程式或網上購物。

This voucher entitles the holder to redeem cakes amounting to the value of HK$25 (calculated at retail price before discount) at Maxim's Cakes Shops operated by Maxim's Caterers Limited ("Maxim's") in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on or before expiry date shown on this voucher. This voucher cannot be used for telephone orders, mobile apps orders, or online purchases.
This voucher can only be used to redeem cakes. It cannot be used to redeem consigned items, drinks, or other items at Maxim's Cakes Shops. This voucher must be presented before payment. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cash coupons. This voucher will not be returned after redemption. No change will be given in cash or any other form for redemption of this voucher. No member points will be awarded for redemption of this voucher. If this voucher has expired, is lost, altered or damaged, it will not be replaced and will be invalid. This voucher can be used for one redemption only. Photocopies of this voucher are not accepted. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. This voucher is not allowed for resale by any means and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes without the prior written approval of Maxim's. Maxim's reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this voucher without notice and reserves the right of the final decision in case of any dispute. The Chinese version of the terms and conditions of this voucher prevails if any discrepancy exists between the Chinese and English version.

門市購買 / 訂購安排需知：

Q：門市有現貨的嗎？
A：正常是有的，但始終門市和網店都不斷有客人購買，所以 Whatsapp 9583-5380 先 check 貨量才到臨門市會較好。

Q：可以選擇用什麼方式去領取購買了的禮劵？
A：閣下可以選擇【BESPOKE門市取貨】或【順豐自費到付】。

Q：如果剛缺貨的話，返貨要多久？
A：如果真的剛好在貴客落單時產品售罄，普遍不超過 7 個工作天內都會補貨的，所以都建議顧客預留足夠時間訂購。

Q：購買後會收到通知嗎？
A：成功購買後會收到電郵標題 “您的 Bespoke Mall 訂單的收據” 的電郵，而我們客服會在辦公時間向客人作出 Whatsapp 確認及發送出貨通知。（如沒有收到電郵請查看是否被歸類為「垃圾郵件」)

東海堂條款及細則：
