Warning signal
In the event of typhoon signal number 8 or above and black rainstorm signal being hoisted, please advise your decision as to whether or not the event will go ahead at least 24 hours prior to the event. The function can be re-arranged within the next 3 months without extra charge (the venue will be subject to availability and guaranteed attendance cannot be reduced).
Cancellation Policy
Should this event be cancelled after receipt of the confirmation, a cancellation fee of 80% of the expected revenue will be imposed. In the event of cancellation 48 hours or less prior to the date of your event, the full charge of 100% will be imposed.
