【服務條款及細則】

1. 下單與製作時效： 客戶須於預定派發日或使用日前最少 1 個月（不計算星期六、日及公眾假期）完成下單、提交完整資料並成功付款。如因客戶延遲下單或未能及時提供所需素材而導致未能如期完成製作，本公司概不負責。
2. 電子禮券品牌及面值之不可更改性： 電子禮券（餅卡）之品牌、禮卡款式及面值一經客戶選定並成功付款後，一律不得更改、取消、退換或兌換現金。客戶於付款前有責任仔細核對所選之品牌及金額。
3. 個人資料私隱及外洩免責聲明： 本公司僅依據客戶指示及提供之內容製作電子請帖。請帖內所顯示之所有個人資料（包括但不限於新人姓名、聯絡電話、婚宴日期、時間、地點 內容等），均視為由客戶明確授權並同意公開。如導致之任何私隱風險或損失，本公司概不承擔任何法律或經濟責任。
4. 資料準確性與客戶核對責任： 客戶有責任確保所提供的婚禮當日所有重要資料（如時間、地點、人名等）均為正確無誤。本公司將嚴格依據客戶所提交之指示及文字進行製作。若因客戶提供錯誤資料、填寫出錯、漏填，或於確認稿件時未能發現錯誤，其後果及重新製作之費用均須由客戶自行承擔，本公司恕不負責。

4步輕鬆訂購「客製化電子禮卡帖」

Step 1：揀選請帖款式
挑選最你們喜歡的婚禮風格的電子請帖模板。
當然都歡迎自行來圖，加入專屬的人​​像插畫。

Step 2：填寫婚禮資料
填寫婚禮當日的所有重要資訊（如：新人姓名、婚期、時間、地點及聯絡電話等）。
⚠️ 溫馨提示：資料會直接用於製作，請務必仔細核對，確認正確無誤。

Step 3：選擇禮卡（餅卡）品牌、面值及線上付款。
決定需要的電子餅卡品牌與金額面值，確認所有數量及款式後，於線上完成付款。

Step 4：約7-14個工作天內會有同事與你聯絡(Whatsapp)確認電子囍帖內容，核實資料並確認後14個工作天內將會收到你專屬的電子禮卡囍帖。
把囍帖直接發送給親友，親友收到你的電子請帖時都同時收到餅卡。親友時直接出示囍帖當中的 QR Code，即可當作餅卡使用！

💡「客製化電子禮卡帖」常見問題 (FAQ)

Q1：最後收到壓縮檔，新人要怎樣發送？長輩會不會不懂得打開？
A： 絕對不會！我們會為你將多張電子禮卡帖 QR Code 整理好放入 Zip 檔內。你只需要在電腦或手機解壓後，直接將該親友的「囍帖圖片」透過 WhatsApp、Signal 或 WeChat 傳送給他即可。親友收到後一按即睇並且直接使用，完全不需要自行解壓，長輩和老人家都能輕鬆操作！

Q2：電子帖上的餅卡的QR Code 安全嗎？會不會被其他人盜用？
A： 請放心，我們系統生成的每一個餅卡 QR Code 都是獨一無二且只能兌換一次的。當你的親友去到指定餅店出示並成功完成兌換後，該 QR Code 就會自動失效，不會出現重複使用的情況。我們建議你發送時，提醒親友切勿將自己的專屬請帖/禮券連結轉發給其他人。

Q3：如果付款後、收貨前，突然需要更改婚禮資料（如時間/地點），還可以修改嗎？
A： 由於我們收到訂單後會立刻進入客製化製作流程，因此我們在條款中列明客戶有責任在提交時核對清楚。 不過，我們明白婚禮往往有突發狀況！若你在付款後發現資料有誤，請立刻聯絡我們客服。如果設計尚未定稿，我們會盡力為你免費微調；若已經進入後期製作或超出免費修改範疇，則會酌情收取少許行政費用或怒未能修改。

Q4：如果發送請帖後，發現不夠餅卡，可以隨時追加嗎？
A： 可以！ 如果之後發現人數有增加，你隨時可以聯絡我們追加購買。但追加訂單同樣需要計算製作時間（由於設計已經定稿，加單需要5個工作天），所以建議新人們第一次點算人數時，預留少許寬裕數量啊！

The e-voucher can only be used on or before the expiry date as shown on the e-voucher. Request for extension of validity of this e-voucher will not be entertained. Any unused amount of this e-voucher will be forfeited.

The e-voucher must be presented and can only be used once and will be collected upon redemption, after which it will become invalid. No replacement will be issued if the e-voucher is lost or damaged.

The e-voucher is non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be cancelled, or exchanged for cash, discounts, credit, or other products or services, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts, privilege cards and other promotional offers.

Agnès b. HK Limited reserves the right to amend and withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate this offer without prior notice.

In case of any disputes relating to the e-voucher, the decision of Agnès b. HK Limited shall remain final and binding on all relevant parties.
